This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you shop at LumeraHome.

Order processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order leaves our facility.

Shipping methods and delivery time

We offer the following shipping options depending on your location:

  • Standard shipping
    Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on carrier and destination.

  • Express shipping
    Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after shipment, where available.

Other European countries

  • Standard international shipping
    Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days after shipment, depending on destination, customs, and local carrier.

  • Express international shipping
    Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after shipment, where available.

United States

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Express International Shipping: 3–7 business days

Canada

Australia

Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs vary by destination, order weight, and chosen shipping method.

  • Final shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Order tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track the package through the carrier’s site.

  • If tracking shows an issue or no movement for several days, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.

Multiple shipments

  • In some cases, parts of an order may ship separately, especially if items are stocked in different locations or backordered.

  • You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

  • Shipping costs shown at checkout cover all shipments unless we notify you otherwise.

Address changes and delivery issues

  • Please double‑check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us immediately. We can attempt to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the package is in transit.
